    Hey guys and gals,

I have a vibrating noise that i hear when i am in drive at a light and also when car is idling in park i hear like a squealing noise. This problem started after i replaced my serpentine belt. Me and my mechanic determined that it was the belt tensioner arm and it looked a little loose. So i started looking for the part and at the time i had to get what i can afford so me and my mechanic went to the junk yard and found one. now the part has been replaced i am still getting the same issue. Has anyone else had this problem? If so what fixed it? I don't want to spend $100 on a new tensioner and that doesn't resolve it. Any Suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Vibrating sounds like a bad lower motor mount. The squeal could just be the belt, some brands make more noise than others.

take the belt off. fire it up for a minute to see if the noise stops. if it does its a something the belt rolls on.
