nope, its in a crap area. open wrench would be your friend. and a ice cold engine.

I used to use a crows foot with a 6" extension and a ratchet to get it broke loose/tightened all the way. Now I have zzp headers though so mines easy to get to

if you can get a ratcheting box wrench on the sensor that would be the easiest way id think. its what i used to do my header install. as a socket just dont fit in there so well to all the bolts.

Yeah I know what you mean. I can't believe how many of them are ****. Most people have to go through three or so to get a good one.

Was just wondering what your symptoms were of a bad temp sensor? I think mine is about to go.

I know this is an older thread but this made my life easier and hopefully save someone else's sanity and rocker panel from a hammer lol. I cut the combination wrench to a little less than half of it and was able to work on it easily by pushing the rad hose down.

I used a deep 12 pt socket with a 3/8" ratchet. One click at a time, but went on fine. Forgot to put the damn thing back on the intake before reinstalling after doing the LIM gaskets.
