    yeah, your discount is not the typical 10%, now its a percentage of how much you spend...i was getting 1.2% for normal stuff like oil change, etc. it may be the chain here in cali that blows. kragen/advance auto gave me a heck of a deal before. but not anymore. so i go with autozone...

    You can go ahead and try to u bend that hose, there's no reason for coolant going through the tensioner bracket except space.

    However..you'll find the two hoses are different sizes.
    I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

    i would not ghetto rigify it with a ubend in the hose...i would use freeze plugs and plug the outlets coming from engine the right way. i found issue, not elbows at all. and NOW i started getting the tell tale sign of boiling coolant blowing pressure to the reservoir...just like i did in my talon a couple years back...parts sitting in box in car, just no time to put them on.

    You can't plug them. The coolant makes a circuit from the timing cover to the LIM. You'd need to put barbs in those two and run a hose.
    I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

    good info to know. car is being a real *****. about to swap out for a new HD rad...the drain plug is stuck and wont loosen to drop coolant. tired of this car lol
