maybe your temp gauge is a bit off and it is hot enough?


you can always remove the t stat, and pour coolant right into the lim from the hole, that way your pretty full, and then put the hose and housing back on and fill the hose, put it back on the rad, top off and re bleed it.

you can also take the t stat out and drop it in a pot of boiling water to see if it does open up. or the lighter trick.
