How much hp you think I could put out with a hv3, headers,er rockers, and cai? I know everyones going to tell me to top swap blah blah blah I dont care about top swapping I just want to know what kinda power I could put out.

Whats a stock gt putting to the wheels?

200 at the crank....so prolly 160-175 at the wheel

how much is a stock gtp putting out to the wheels? im just trying to get my car to run as fast as a stock gtp. Friends are me are telling me i cant run their stock gtp's so im going to show them whats up

Gtps are 240 crank and ive seen some dyno at 195-210 wheel

So hv3,rockers,and headers will keep up a stock gtp?

I just dont see the point of putting a bunch of money into a N/A so it can keep up with a gtp. When you could have just sold the N/A and used that money and the money that you spent modding it, to get a gtp.

A top swap costs to much, i can get hv3,headers and rockers for under 500. Top swap im looking at around 900 bucks and thats just a stock.

No, I was sayin, before you modded the car you coulda just sold it and used the money for the car plus the mod money and just got a gtp. Cuz now, if you beat them, they can just drop a few bucks on a tune and youre seeing tail lights again

They are dumb they are only looking to make their cars look good. One kid came up to me and was telling me hes going to put a 3.0 pully on his stock car. I laughed and told him go ahead. I would sell my car but its pointless to sell my car for the same car just has a supercharger on it. Im just looking to put about 500 into the car to make it a little faster

You can get a top swap for 600-700. Even cheaper if you pieced it together yourself plus you woul win since you would gain an extra 5% more due to compression put with the set up you are talking about you be right around th gtp IIRC.

Stock GT's make 160-165whp.With intake,headers,hv3, and rockers with a tune you'll be somewhere between 190-195whp.Top swap you'll be just over 200whp.A good thing to do which is what im doing is gather all your mods while N/A that would help you now then top swap with those mods, that way youll get best of both worlds.
