What about MPGs? What kind of gain should I see, if any?

probably less mpg since youll like hearing the motor noise more and get into the pedal more often.

air makes noise when it moves.

Intake on a GT makes almost no power.

Get headers, you'll go faster then.

Does no one know how a car works or what it does when you mod one? ooooooooooookay kids yaaaaay.

But seriously...I knew nothing either a few years ago...and I just took a few weeks and read till I thought my brain was going to explode...and then read some more. Start with my Safely Modding thread...

Well...ok...just think about it. Shut the door in your room with the stereo or a movie on. You can barely hear the TV/radio. Open it...and its loud and clear. Same idea with a car...stock intake is quiet and restrictive...open it up with metal/PVC pipe and a open cone filter and you've got the sounds of the engine more noticeable

No not really because the Spectre out performs the K&N and its half the price and even less with your discount. K&N sucks.

You probably have a leak somewhere then...most factory intakes aren't supposed to "hiss"

Just unbolt it and yank it off the TB...then take the PCM out. No it won't get wet.

gotcha. figured it was simple but i got the hood scoops and such now, so i think it actually might get wet. i will have to look into that.
