well not sayn any1s wrong,but ive seen this many tymes wen the pcv valve is clogged its not lettin the motor breath causing condinsation on the oil fill cap dodges do this all the tyme too just had a 98 bonneville in the shop couple months ago for lim gaskets, now last month it was back for a oil change same thing milky underneath oil cap changed the pcv a1 just changed o2 in it today and i checked the cap no mush
