    I'll help point you in the right direction

    Under $400 is a bit tough, but here are some bang for the buck NA mods.

    Downpipe=$80 to $130
    Intake=$50 to $250
    Plog or headers=$180 to $350(cheapest well performing headers)
    HV3=$300 (EXCELLENT NA 3800 mod)

    These prices are for NEW parts, used parts can be found in the For Sale section for great prices.

    Start out there and pick your combo.

    You will also want plugs and a t-stat as Nick stated below. (I figured those were a given but meh, whatever)

    I heard 2 1/2 inch downpipes would suite n/a gts better and 3'' downpipes are better for sc grand prixs

    you should move back to big bodes. we are clearly too educated for you. anyone that uses a 2.5" downpipe is stupid.

    Yes, and a tune, I felt a HUGE difference after a tune when my GT was still N/A.

    I think he was trying to say that the guy who builds 8-10 second GP's says a 2.5" works well for a N/A motor. The real question is, why would you want to keep your motor N/A...
