Thank you for the repley GPManter, I guess, I mean I noticed that at times when I check the level in the radiator, as I open the cap, its down to the filler neck in the radiator, and when I open the bleeder screw pressed down on the radiator upper hose, air comes out then coolant then tighten screw and let go, and the level drops a little in the radiator and top up.
when I run the car with the Radiator cap off, it starts overflowing from it.

Judging by the temps it climbs to sometimes 81,82 C< then drops, noticed on the gauge and the readouts. Does this sound like a Tstat issue too?

Thanks
