On the Highway in very light throttle and right around 2000 RPM the Tach will jump a few hundred RPM. Just a touch more gas 2200 RPM no problems. Trans rebuilt about a year ago.

Also my TSC Light and ABS Light is on I think that is the Right Front Sensor. If that could have anything to do with it

First thing I would suggest is a good throttle body cleaning and plugs/wires if they are older. Very often this type of issue is tune up related.

    A quick google search

1133 is your front O2, so it wouldn't have to do with the simulator for the rear O2

Seems like you have a few things to fix up.
