    I have a 04 comp g does the shift kit effect the paddle shifting? Do the hd transmissions have a LSD?

    Who uses the paddle shifts anyways? And don't go with ZZP, get a trans go one.

    And no, we dont have a true LSD.

    It will spin both tires with enough power at any time but then parts like to snap on stock trannys.

    The ZZP kit uses plastic/nylon (something like that) shims only.

    Transgo has metal shims and new springs iirc and some other things.

    Plus trans go includes a lot more

    ZZP suxs that should be reason enough.

    no filter. they are like 15 bucks at the parts store.

    Gonna be switching out my ZZP for a Trango this spring, I feel like shift quality got worse over time. Had it in the car just under 40,000 miles.

    You're not the first to mention that, but I've never personally seen it. Damn ZZP and their plastic shims.

    eBay has the transgo lots for like 40-50 bucks. So that the route I'll be going.
