    I spent about $2 on a piece of steel pipe for mine.

    Intense is by far the best. Thrasher was even better when available. ZZP you can build it for pennys (local hardware BS) if interested I got a parts list for the zzp kit. I have never heard of any issues with the zzp setup but if you build your own you can use copper/brass stuff

    Some of the transgo kits say without tap shift. I can't find one that says w/ tap shift.i will probaby just try the zzp kit.

    I don't see anything on the transgo website that says tapshift is an issue..

    It's basically the same thing as ZZP except it uses metal instead of plastic and comes with springs so I don't see how it would be an issue.
