Unless you want to ante up $1300 for a GM Racing / Quaife differential its not worth the money because all it will do is cause problems down the road and there is no better guarantee of two wheel burnouts than with an open diff. I wont warranty a transmission with one of these installed and ZZP has the same rules because they have proven themselves to cause trouble over time and put metal in the pan and eventually completely fail which I have seen and have leftovers with pics if you want to see what 30K miles of daily driving will do. If it was a limited street use car and mainly saw the dragstrip it would be one thing, but every day driving really tears them up as they eat themselves up since the side gears are in a constant bind and this causes the spider gears to chew into the cross pin.
oh wow, i did not know that! would the GM Racing one cause all these problems as well, or did they design it so it wouldnt?
