I would really prefer just the Ubend pipe, but a decent used downpipe with cat would be nice too. I'm sort of on a budget so thats why I'm asking here before going with ZZP.

Just buy headers...

But otherwise, get the downpipe, it'll get rid of the u bend anyways.
