Hey, I'm new here and I just picked up my GTP the other day. I would like to add basic bolt ons to get the engine running nice and smooth. I would like to purchase a nice air intake with a heat shield or "box" so I don't have to screw around with my PCM. Thanks

If I were to do it all over again, for a some basic bolt on level mods, I'd just do a gutted sock airbox with a K&N filter. OR, just cut out the intake part of the airbox and leave the PCM portion there and in place, and just put a cone off your TB.

Ok, so could I put a cone filer on the rubber hose and leave the PCM part on? So it's somewhat protected by the PCM box?

How much for the zzp induction?

The PCM is a tough city girl. She can handle herself without protection.
Irridium spark plugs last 100k mi and work just as well as copper. Copper is a waste on N/A and only lasts 15k mi. Don't use Platinum.
Use 195* tstat unless you can thoroughly explain why not; 99.9% don't need a lower temp.
Almost any oil filter, ever, is of higher quality than ACDelco. Spend $6+.
