The Mini D2S will have better output than the Mini H1
    2019 F150 XL - Make it run 12's N/A

Holy sh!t balls look at that silicone! Mini H1 or Mini D2S are the projectors that would best fit your needs and probably capabilities. Any other projector like the FX-R, RX-350 will require a lot of cutting and hacking.

Those look almost identical to the ones I have. I got them from LS1GTP on this site. IDK for sure if he made those tho. I have no issues with my tho.

I bought mine from LS1GTP as well and was the tester. I helped him fix many of the issues that we ran into but we just couldn't seem to fix very small mystery leak and the adjuster on my passenger side doesn't get as high as I would like it. Not bashing him because they are great lights but I am just looking to make them better.

I forgot about that part. My passenger headlight adjuster doesn't rise as high as I would like it as well. It seems the adjuster may be stripped and I'm not too sure if that specific part can be replaced.

Edit: I'll see if I can ask Diddler cause he's retrofitted his.

Edit x2 Quote from Dave "
The little unit in the back can be twisted off on the aftermarket light, not sure on OEM, but you can unscrew the whole thing off"

I was staggered at the difference in width between my old MH1 retros versus my current MD2S set up.

I knew they could be twisted off and I tried to use some nylon adhesive since mine would pop out if it went up to high but it did nothing to help.

Too cold in my area to screw around with the light but in time I'll mess with the adjuster. I'm thinking the plastic part is stripped beyond repair. BTW do your high beams work? Mine don't but Conrad told me to switch the wires to fix it but been way too busy

Haha to be honest only my driver side works. I was going to mess with it but havent been motivated enough to actually go out and fix it.

I wonder if we sent our headlights to classy and he could put different projectors in them and reseal...... didn't really wanna say this cause Classy is a competitor and probably wouldn't want to put his name on these but maybe...maybe he might.

BTW Classy, I've seen you're work and it's amazing. The reviews are solid as well and would have got yours but these were offered pretty damn cheap so i jumped the gun to check them out. Not bad but not as good as yours.

Not trying to bash Conrad, he did a decent job but Classy has got the hold on retrofitting.

I will say these retros with HIDs by LS1GTP are an improvement over stockers with halogens.

I don't have perfect pictures, aka potato cam.. But might as well I guess. Both with 35w and 4300k.

With the D2S you will no doubt have better light output but will have to make a bigger hole in the back of the housing.
The reflector will also be cut the size of the shroud and projector mounted flush to the back.
PLUS the car will need some spaces made on the radiator support and area in fender well....plastic and metal carving.
Dremel multi tool and hole saw plus a file to smooth edges, or various primitive tools.
I took my elevation adjusters out and JB welded the holes shut.

This is a D2S 3.0 retrofitters Lightwerkz did that I used for reference. The second pic has the areas highlighted in red that need cutting.
The right side is the reflector relief cut and the left is the top of the black shroud relief cut
