I never got flashed when I had PNP HID's, in both headlight and fogs. I used to run fogs in the day, and fogs and headlights at night. Well, two weeks ago I got flashed twice in one night with me retro's only on. ? I can see the cut off on the fawking ground! Stupid people!

Half the motorists on the road have no clue about lighting, so when they see something brighter than what the are used to seeing, they flash. Again, stupid people!
