So i just ran into a problem after installing my full size intercooler. I noticed that when i put on the supercharger belt , the clearance was off and it was rubbing against the coil pack. After thinking about it , i tried adding washers to create clearance. Well that didnt work. Then i saw a thread from Billboost where you can took off the plate and cut it down and relocate holes. I thought about it, but i decided to give one more go at the washers idea. There are two bottom holes and one top hole. All you have to do is stack washers on the top hole to give it an angle and just leave the two bottom ones normal. I was weary of this at first but it is actually on there pretty damn tight and has good clearance now.

Just went through the same thing. I notched the plate under coil packs and put (spacers) thick washers under one side of coils. If you want pics PM me your number. Djudge1970
