Any advice on getting the tips to line up?

Stock exhaust. I'll loosen the clamps and move them around some more.

But as you can see, even the mufflers aren't aligned. I've got new hangers on the way.

I ordered the solid hangers from Wagner vs the "H" slotted ones, hoping those will firm the system up.

Hose clamps are a popular fix to raise the passenger side.

Yup, was going to say the same, hose clamps will help fine tune the adjustments.

Cool, I'll try that when I put on the new hangers.

It was 4* here today, didn't get much done!

It sounds like you need to tackle one issue at a time. I would say the crossover issue should come before this. Is the exhaust dragging the ground.....no you say........then get your car running first then fix small details like this.
