Alright I have a 04 GP gt2. When I got the car there wasn't that little rubber piece that is underneath the ignition. It drives me absolutely CRAZY not having it there. Does anyone know where I can get one?

Its official name is an "instrument panel accessory trim plate insulator," the p/n is 15238632, and it lists for $7.29. We stock 10 of them in our local GM warehouse, so it's still available.

Is there any easy place I can get it or order one?

Any GM dealer. Take the part number with you and have the counterman verify it's what you want. The picture of the part is lousy, but it is shown just off the center I/P trim panel and under where the ignition lock cylinder would pass through.
