I know, but some people around here keep insisting they are sports cars. I think they are lying to themselves because they don't want to beleive it actually is a family car.
It is what it is. Its a form of transportation.

Pointless thread...really a handbrake in a Grand Prix..rofl. FWD dude!
it's cool guys.. I once had a fast Bonneville.
It's kinda like having a fast Yugo.. it's fast and fun to you....but no one takes you seriously.
Reading a lot of hating. Sounds like a lot of people who don't need to comment just to put a guy and an idea down. You know what it takes real skill to drift a FWD car, so if you wanna try it and learn how then go all for it, seems like kuntzie knows how so I'd say check with him. To everyone whose putting down drifting and customizing you should probably just keep off the modding parts of the forums, because your comments rent needed. Ginseng if you can find a way bravo, it'll be sweet.
I did this mod... Funny when I was done my car ended up looking like this...

It's not drifting if you have to lock up the back tires to make them smoke.
Sure it is. Definition of drifting: A car is drifting when the rear slip angle is greater than the front slip angle, to such an extent that often the front wheels are pointing in the opposite direction to the turn
Ok it's not REAL drifting with a fwd. The only REAL drifting happens with high hp rwd cars.
Drifting is drifting. Fwd or Rwd. The only difference is the RWD's can maintain there speed because they're not dragging their ass around the track.
Fwd drifting or dragging ass still requires more skill that rwd. You have to manage tire lockup, oversteer, keeping speed, and in some cars shifting, rwd you just kick it out in a corner and turn it back. Call it what you want, it's possible rwd or fwd.
Its not drifting... That is power sliding and its about as pointless as this entire thread.
Since you're such a knowledgeable guy and helping this kid push his way to ruining his car, do you want to take a minute to explain the damage that can happen to the vehicle by power sliding without a proper setup?
Now before anyone jumps on this, they kids driving lost control, over-corrected (common during drifting) and the car rolled. Both died. These cars are NOT designed for that. Its stupid and best kept to the track, with track built cars.

Harsh to bring this up, but I'm just sayin.
Even if FWD drifting is possible, do you know how big of a tool it makes you look to a$$drag a grand prix?
