    Hey, I drive an 04 GT2 and finally got in my DDM Tuning HID kit and was wondering where a good place to mount the ballast??? the place i have it right now doesn't seem to be the smartest idea.. i have them connected to a bracket on one side i used the bracket to zip tie it to a piece of the frame and on the other i tied it to a tube.. any help would be great?

    Just make sure its in a spot where it won't get hit by road debris. But you could stick it behind the headlight its self zip tied to the frame from the inside of engine bat

    Mounted mine on the inside of the fender using 3M double sides tape...3 years..and no issues.

    I didn't at first ran without one for a few months then got a harness..a harness is cheap insurance you don't want to risk jacking anything electrical up!

    Ok I'm going to have to pick one up where did you get yours from? I got my kit from ddm tuning but they ship from China usps and I don't wanna wait that long for a package again
