Why not use a buffer and some 3M rubbing compound vs painting the whole car? Those scratches will buff out of the clear...if you don't know how take it to a detail shop and have them buff it out for you...

Maybe even find a few other spots where scratches could be buffed out.

well i dunno how to use compound. AND when my car got hit back in june, i pulled out all the dents and sanded the scuffs down so it came out fine. i bought it to my dads friends house to save a few bucks, low and behold, my front clip (the damaged) is now **** brown and the rest of my car is black. he's refusing to repaint it, and hes also refusing to tell me who mixed the paint, so i cant sue anybody. im up a creek and wasted $$. my car will never be the same again.
