That is exactly what I did ! check out my post and pics on the thread custom intake and pcm , I cut the stock box in half by the part where is glued together zip-tied it back into the body and laid the pcm on top l. I zip tied the cone to the fender-well (there is many areas you could ziptie to make sure it doesn't move like crazy)
