From what I've learned about turbos, I think it would take a few extra supporting mods to get the potential of a 67.
A pt61 will come in around 2500-3000 and make power throughout the entire rpm range. A T67 won't make power until 3500-4000.

People get caught up in dyno numbers and not actual "usable power". Making power from low rpm to high rpm is best unless you're building a dedicated drag car. Do you really want to limp around town with basically n/a Grand Prix until you can get that turbo spooled in your upper rpm range?
