Wrong again, on L36/L67 motors, there is a fresh air draw in the throttle body that has to be blocked, on L26 intakes, the fresh air draw is on the top of the intake, and can be capped or left open.

nipple on the turbo housing isnt engine vacuum..? IC piping isnt vacuum?
My SRT4 has been running the vacs like that for years and everything works fine.

No, and the turbo housing is a lousy place to get boost reference from in my experience.

any turbo car ive ever worked on has the wastegate vacuum connect to that nipple. What do you mean by "lousy"?
