With a 3.4" pulley, colder plugs, and an intake as your mods- you my friend are seeing a lot of KR. Instead of a resonator delete, you should have deleted the U-bend.
This will be a close race if you go from a dig to ~70mph. After that, you are on borrowed time....

lol what? You honestly think a GTP vs a 5.9 RAM is any sort of a race? And you honestly think that tank is going to pull him on the top end? The only chance the RAM would have is if the GTP popped a piston.

Sorry if you were just being sarcastic and i didn't catch it. Otherwise, just lol.

about two weeks ago i pulled up to a light next to a 5.9L Dakota RT. Guy was with his girl friend and he started revin his engine.. light turned green and i took off and was probably 5 car lengths in front of him before i hit the breaks.. he then when screamin past me. Id say you should have no problems smoking that guy now.. i only have a wizaird, 180 tstat. plugs and wires and slp headers and high flow catted dp and i had no problem.

Do you have money for another motor? The 3.4 has claimed more engines than any other pulley. You are running a stock tune, a restrictive exhaust, no valvetrain mods, and a smaller pulley? And you ask how do I know you have KR? Not trying to flame you- just stating the obvious.

Another thing, how did you chop off your resonator? did you weld a straight piece of pipe in its place? If you did, then you could do the same for the U-bend. And buy a bung from Mcmaster (about $2.00) and weld it in the pipe for the O2 sensor.

That is what I was wondering. If you are running a 3.4", I bet my neighbor with a bone stock GTP would beat ya. Likewise...put a stock pulley back on that thing. Your car will thank you. 3.4" pulley most of the time requires something like @ LEAST, intake, 180* T-Stat, DP/U-Bend Delete/Headers, Tuned PCM, Colder Plugs.

So yeah everyone knows that you have KR. I had KR with a 3.5" and I had PEM's, 180* T-Stat, ZZP PCM, FWI, Autolite104's, 1.84RR, 3" DP, 3" Catback, TB Spacer, and other pointless bolt-ons...every car is different, but unless you compensate for the pulley drop your car will go boom...end of story.

    ^^tha man speaks da truth.

Like I said we aren't here to flame you. If it weren't for forums, I would have blown my car up long ago.

Another victim of the 3.4: and he had more mods that you!

Every car is different- but you are knocking too with those mods.

When my mods were: GenV, TOGS, VS cam, 3.2 ZZP PCM, my car would run incredibly rich and at the top of any gear it would spike to 9-13* of KR. This could have been torque management. I would literally feel the car fall on it's face. I own an aeroforce scan gauge. I suggest you guys look into one of these too so you can monitor your KR at all times.

Thanks. Yeah, that's what my plans are. All my mods were done before I found this site. Now I just gotta go back and get everything like it's suppose to be.

And about 30 other things that make you aware of stuff going on with your car. They might run ya more than $200 but it is A LOT cheaper than a motor rebuild

they read a lot of things but only display 2 things at once. You can buy two of them and have them display 4 parameters at the same time.
