Another thing, how did you chop off your resonator? did you weld a straight piece of pipe in its place? If you did, then you could do the same for the U-bend. And buy a bung from Mcmaster (about $2.00) and weld it in the pipe for the O2 sensor.
im only 17 years old and i get paid 8.50 an hour getting 20 hours every check. i dont have alotta money. yeah i welded in a straight pipe in place of the resonator. i was gonna do that for the U bend but the 02 sensor stopped me. and theres a collector before the U bend which i do not want to get rid of. and the stock exhaust isnt very restrictive. the only part that i would think makes it restrictive would be the cat cuz i havnt seen inside it. the muflers are basically straight thru design stock.
sometimes i can feel the car holding back but other times it runs like a champ. i have 143k miles on it. my friend has 200k wit the same mods on his 00 GTP. we raced and i beat him everytime. i also need a MAF sensor. throwin codes. take it easy on me. i only had the car for about a month. idk that much about these cars yet so some of my questions might seem stupid to people. thanks

ok i wish i could bet u. too bad idk where u live. i would run him. and all my mods are: CAI, colder plugs, 180 thermo, cheap PCM flash, and resonator delete. why would people put on all these mods and still have a stock GTP beat it? im not tryin to talk bad about u. maybe u didnt know my mods or something. sorry if i come off as an a**

If you want to spend a few bucks on it and can weld it in yourself, here's a u-bend delete.
    ZZ Performance
I would also check with your local exhaust shop and see how much they would caharge to do it. May come out cheaper.

the front exhuast manifold IS very restrictive. the whole manifold set up period is restrictive. yea after that its all fine.

and if your running a 3.4 and getting KR, then that pulls timing and thus making you slower.
