give the GTP to 3rd gear soon as it falls on its face the VTEC will pull right by him. the top end on a DOHC honda is crazy. dont sleep on those motors they get up and go

I've got SOHC. But I will race him from a dig...and I will win. Look at my 0-60 times and yours. Also look at my trap speeds with headers. I will from 0-100 or from a roll easily

Get off your high pedistal and give a jap car that can actually beat you some respect.

There is 2 people on acurazine that either own a GTP or or there g/f does and also have a CL-S...stock for stock the cl-s BARELY wins even from a dig. With headers and intake it won't be close with so much more whp

What year alti do you have qwikgt? I used to hve a 2000 max...always wanted a 02-03 6-speed max

enterprise rental gave me a 2008 2.5 altima, my GTnowP is in the body shop. i find this car slow as chit lol im sure the 3.5 is wayyyyyy faster. plus this one has no options in it. it did haul my stock wheel and new 255's in it to the tire shop, its pretty roomy

ooo. you got the 4 banger. The 3.5 actually has like 260HP or something around there and pretty good torque...not a car I would buy though unless it was the new coupe

the CVT trans is junk, the car lugs till 4000rpm, then it slingshots. i like pushrod engines i dont wanna wait for my torque

I haven't ever ridden in a CVT. I bet it isn't very fun though. I'm pretty sure CVT is an option though. Stock they come with a 5-speed auto tranny

watcha got done? i'll take you on in your gtp any day I'm gonna stop modding once I get a crank pulley though. Intake, headers, underdrive pulley is enough for me.

seems like you got a lot done and would take me...you ever track it? I just want a reliable daily driver that can kick some butt on the highway that can take out some GTP's, mustangs, and keep up with 350z's....and of course beat of on the abundent amount of civics, tc's, integras, rsx's(non turbo'd)

all i see is a 3.25 pulley a CAI, a stock downpipe with a ubend delete too cold of plugs and too cold of a thermostat, and a shelf tune. sorry but that acura will walk all over you, im sure you are boost stacking with barely any mods to safely run that 3.25 i dont see any rockers yet alone any exhaust work. unless you have more work done that you aren't saying you are hurting that poor car

do we have any stock 1/4 times for the CL?? and i dont see the acura walking all over a 3.25 pulley. yes he dont have the mods to run it safely but its still faster than stock. and as far as the 350z, go pick on some with auto's. i have ran even with two of them.

to 02 cl i havent ever taken car to track...just my lil toy to play around town in.and to qwikgt i live in south carolina our summers top out at over 100 degrees so too cold of plugs and thermo statement is b.s. i also prefer to get all bolt on mods first its cheap horsepower...as u can see in my last reply i have intentions of getting into the engine...roller cam,rockers...machined head... etc stuff starts costing $$$ at this stage. and as far as exhaust work im missing headers which is next on the list.so how im "hurting this poor car" is beyond me lol @ you

best quater mile i can find for the CL is 14.8 ive seen stock gtp's go 14.5. i saw one with an intake go 14.6 so esentually as fast as my car. i also had plug wires arching so i had a little more in it. i couldent find any 60 foot or 1/8 mile times but im sure the gtp will get it down low. the CL is not a bad car but i think the gtp has it in the 1/4. but the CL would have it all day on a highway run

outside temperature has nothing to do with the temperature of the plugs. that statement alone just proves how much you know about cars

i could care less lets see a post by him in a month or two "hey guys my car is making a ticking sound". you claimed that the modular was a cheap and easy motor to mod and was the king. i asked you to show me a mod motor that made over 350hp on motor and you couldn't. im not bashing him, i simply commented to 02 CL that his GP wont walk the acura with its small pulley and lack of mods

so yea i guess u know more about cars than these guys Macon-Moore Performance - Sumter, SC (803) 494-4450 seeing as they have done all my work and will do the rest of my mods in the near future... i wish profanity and name calling were allowed here... what i have has been on car for 80,000 miles... no ticking yet if that statement was towards me
