But the reality of it all is...it isn't always the drivers fault...people that walk against lights...don't pay attention...pedestrians can be in a hurry just like distracted drivers, therefore...I still find lots of MOOT.

I had an extremely hard time taking this video seriously. Call me a bad person. I don't care.
