I know some of you don't believe some of my wins, but I'm going to keep posting anyways...So went out on the fourth and there were tons of cars out. Was having a blast hanging out with friends and setting up races. Was on my way up to our hang out spot and a wrx rolls up next and wants to race...I downshift to 2nd, and with my exhaust rumble he takes off from 50 mph...I'm thinking crap! But I pull right up next to him and start to pass. I get about two cars on him and slow down...he flys past and I again I catch him and then I just feather the gas and just toy with him. We go from two lights also and quickly I put about 5 cars before I just let off. He pulls up and asks me if I have nitrous. Stock I tell em and ask him what year he is, cuz I figured I was supposed to loose. 2007 WRX, and yes it was and automatic, but so am I so don't want to hear it. When I get up to our spot, one of my buddies who just bought an 04' SRT-4 is wanting to race everybody. Another 07 WRX and him head out and I follow thinking this will be fun to watch at least. They take off..I'm behind the SRT thinking he'll be faster and I'm riding his ass the whole time as we both beat the WRX eventually anyways...he had a great launch! So me and the SRT go from a 40mph roll. He pulls away about 3 or 4 cars, but then I started to catch him around 90, but road was kinda runnin out. Then from a dig, and I smoked him off the line, he catches me around 50, gets ahead, but then I started to pull back up and pass! Never thought that would happen, but was a lot of fun for me. Then I had a guy with a stock chevy avalanche with a lift and 35" tires ask to race me for money...I laughed and said how much you wanna give me...stupid I know, but I couldn't steal from him like that...just wasn't fair. HAPPY FOURTH!!!

Nice kills...Unless the wrx is really boosted running them from a roll is a cake-walk

i was guessing. i just looked it up 2900. my bad. like i said tho, there pull dont feel all that amazing up top, but none the less a solid high 13 second car, i have even seen them go 13.3 at 103 with blocks in the rear suspension. they do roll out. i dont think there as fast as some would think tho stock. i could deff see a poorly driven one doint mid 14's

damn monte's way that much??? and no i havent driven an srt 4 but i have rode in it a good bit of times with the guy getting on it pretty hard (trying to show his car off) and first and second felt amazingly fast but third felt like it feel off to half boost then 4th felt like it had no boost at all. i was not impressed after second. but yes they can be mad pretty fast, upgrade the turbo and boost the hell out of it and they can run. ive seen them in the 500hp range beating kenny bell cobra's. and thats damn fast

yeah she's heavy. the new 06-07 monte ss is like 3000 something lbs. the engine block is aluminum alloy i guess that's why it's lighter than the 00-05 mc

had a friend just move away with his srt. He had everything port and polished, full exhaust, intake, an intercooler that was huge, and was boosting 30 lbs. He would just trash anyone he ran for the most part. Killed me, after giving me cars he still just pulled so far away it wasn't worth it.

What did you weigh your car on? Off the showroom, the Supercharged SS should weigh no more than 3500 lbs. If you didn't put the car on a truck scale, I call BS. That's 1000 lbs more than the car is supposed to weigh, and I'll bet your car isn't registered to weigh that much. The MC falls under the -3800 lb vehicle class.

I guess your bullit rims and your stereo weigh 1/2 ton. If your car weighed that much, you'd have visited trannyman much sooner than you did.

no i never weigh my car on the truck scale i go by the sticker on the driver door.i don't have other accessories that weigh 1/2 a ton either, but i do add on extra stuff that might add little weight to it. you must be on crack if you think mine weigh less than the gp coupe. remember i have a gp in the garage also and i know it weigh about 17 pounds less than the mc according to the sticker on the door anyway.

you mean to tell me chevy misprint the sticker weight? the top number is in metric btw just in case you got confuse.
