You do realize that the GXP and the SS both have LS engines right? And the both put out slightly over 300 hp. Doesn't surprise me one bit that a GXP hung with an SS.

You do realize the that LS1's 1) dyno 280 WHP range Stock. GXP's in the 240-250 range..2) Ls1's Weight less 3439 lbsVS 3600 3) Ls1's have ran high 12's bone stock... Gxp is a 14 sec car. Maybe a high 13 on a perfect run in 20 degrees temps. Ls1's are about a full sec faster http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a_1RSWcLK6w

My dyno is 252 whp in 93 degree weather and in cold is supposed to be around 270 with looking at other dyno charts with the knn, 1/4 mile is mid 13's in cold and good launch.

wait wait wait. the ls1 ss makes prolly close to 300whp and the gxp is rated at about 305 chp. come on guys v6s are making that kind of power. if a v8 aint makin 400 or more nowadays than its a **** motor. imo

Your are correct the LS1 F-bodys usually dyno about 300 hp to the wheels.

Gotta show my face. But lol. I'll chime in with specs and stats tomorrow probably. ls1 are kinds cool but they are 350 crank. My general mechanic has one and we screw around sometimes. Nice runs home skillet.

    You know facts.

Facts should be able to stand alone.
