What doesnt turn you on? lol
here's some eye candy of a friends car and mine,
Your right.....but a Camaro will never be double the price like the Viper is either. The old saying you get what you pay for holds true most of the time. If you buy an 80k 2 seater track inspired car I hope to god it performs better than a 35k 4 seater.
Prices assuming both cars are new.....
It's obvious that a Viper should win when it comes to a Camaro...but theyre totally different classes.
Vette and a Viper is same class race..both 80k range, both 2 seaters....see what i mean?
Also i'd like to point out you said the "Viper is a track car, not a drag car"...so why compare a Camaro in the nurburgring...surely a Camaro isn't a track car and surely the Viper isn't a drag car....both cars have their strengths and weaknesses.
BTW this thread is almost 6 months old lol
ok a couple things.
no such thing as an 07 honda 599 r, nor a honda cb599 hornet or any of that. the hornet is a europe only model, the 599 was no longer produced in 07. the 599cc bike produced in 07 was the cbr600rr. if and i mean if you beat a cbr600rr it wasnt by much.
next, an 05 cbr600rr makes 106 hp and weighs 430 stock. my 07 (lightest 600rr to date at 412 full of fuel stock) is 362 full of fuel completely stripped for race duty. with a pc3 and dynojet website map your looking at around 109 at the rear wheel for the 05. the exhaust dropped about 8 lbs off the bikes wieght.
oh and the last guy on a cbr 1000rr that told me i needed a real mans bike ended up 3 1/2 seconds per lap slower than i was on my little 600.
if you listen to this video you can here the guy that was baffled about me going around the outside of him with my knee down. before my bike was race prepped. he was on a repsol 1krr.

everyone knows a 600 will run better on a track. you can stay in the throttle longer and brake later. so you dont go 265 mph on the straights? you take corners at higher speeds though.
