Its one of the best all season tires.
They do make much better dedicated summer or winter tires you know.

Yeah but I didn't want to have a spare set of wheels or tires. I was looking for an all season that actually had good winter rating as well. Plus they have a 40k mile warranty. I only put 50miles a week on my car driving it to work daily so they should last awhile.

Well I settled on the Pilot Sport A/S im getting them for 1006.50 at Costco and they have great reviews across the board. But they had to order them so wish me luck on the recent rainy roads of WA
Edit: Unless I can find the DWS somewhere other then Walmart
So got the new tires today, couldnt wait so paid a little extra to get em at Discount Tire, good service and knowledge overall. They didnt clean the tire which kinda annoyed me but whatever. Out the door at 1125.50 with a 70.00 rebate and thats with a set of new chrome lugs which I was wanting. So overall happy.
As far as performance, I feel very sticky and no hesitation even in heavy rain, it does track like crazy.
Road noise, its loud. Its got a super aggressive tread pattern for an all season and you can hear it. I mean its pretty loud.
Looks, its not as square as the Continentals which I wanted but I can live with that as I have a little poke which will protect me from future road rash thanks to the wifey.
^^^
ALL the reasons I didn't buy them.
A/S + loud?
I guess if you came from a super quiet tire sure.
But coming from a goodyear fuel max, these were significantly quieter.
Sudden what are you running? Overall performance rating is what sold me as I drive back roads, country drives, and a lot of everything else.
I guess I should also clarify, my RSAs were super bald and im new to buying brand new tires, always been on used so maybe it will calm down after a couple thousand. But it was the first thing I noticed leaving Discount tire
What I noticed was you could hear the tire gripping the road. They SOUND sticky.
That goes away after the first 100 miles or so.
