I would go through the warranty with a lawyer or someone that understands how to read the contract, and see if you have anything that will hold up in court. You can also file a complaint with the BBB. Enough complaints against a business will result in a BBB investigation, which may not result in anything, but it could result in the BBB pulling the business license.
My wife bought a Ford Fusion in 2010, new, from the dealership. we have about 40,000 miles on it now. only thing we have done is change the tires and put a new battery in. She really likes the car, it rides smooth and gets decent gas mileage.
