Let me start by saying my intentions are not to bash, but ( you know bashing will commence once the "but" is thrown out) I ordered an aeroforce interceptor from zzp a few minutes before I ordered a gauge pod from Amazon. The gauge pod showed up, and their ad lied. It does not fit an 03. So I ordered another one. I have received the second gauge pod and still seen nothing for the gauges to fill it. I received an email from Steve @ zzp today saying "We are out of stock for the item you've ordered. A new shipment should be in within the next few days. Sorry." Almost 2 weeks after my order they tell me this? Ive heard about their terrible shipping times so I thought I'd test em out. FAIL!

03 GTP...Its got pulleys and stuff.

    Yeah...
They aren't the best at customer service...kinda foreign to them...

Like when I ordered my 8-rib crank pulley..

I get an email about a week later..."sorry we haven't shipped, there was a mix up with the pulleys, but we verified that we have the correct 8-rib pulleys in stock now, and we will send you yours 2day"

So a week later, I get a wonderful 6-rib crank pulley.....
Called them, no answer..Called the next day..got someone, but had no idea what I was talking about....Gave her my # and said she'd get someone to help.

2 days later, I get a call. Explained they sent me a 6-rib, instead of 8-rib.
"oh, the manufacturer in Australia sent the wrong ones, but you should be able to run it no problem"

So..to fix their major **** ups, they said to just use it. (after telling them I bought their 8-rib setup, and a belt from ZZP too)

After much debating and yelling, I shipped mine back to them, and got the 8-rib, WITH A ZZP HAT!!!

They have good items, but sucky ass service....

    Gonna love the aeroforce btw!

they didn't call me when i ordered gaskets for my top swap and they were out of the balancer puller bolt kits.

I called and got the response.

    Two days later it shipped.

I mean thats better than WBS who still hasn't responded with "guidelines for FMHE mounting" and "why is the core 5/8's and everything else 3/4?".

Go figure... its on the car anyways.

So far, I've had great interactions with ZZP. I've made many inquires (all via e-mail too) and orders and I've gotten satisfactory results and very timely arrival of parts I've ordered. Could just be "luck".

I can't speak to everyone's situation. I know I've read some things that seem like "Yeah, why doesn't ZZP understand and fix this problem or that problem".

I know recently a customer ranted on W-BodyStore's FaceBook page and was saying how WBS failed in shipping times and responding to inquires (made a case to future customers). WBS responded stating that every communication from this customer was rude and filled with profanity and appologized for the problems that WBS was responsible for. The customer then responded to WBS, confirming the claims WBS made about these communications by being completely rude and using inappropriate language in a public forum. I can't respect someone who handles customer service issue like this (especially in a public forum).

We, as customers, have a responsibilty to handle our end of customer service issues maturely. The sad part is, when dealing with ZZP, WBS, Intense (and I'm sure I'm missing a couple), they are the companies that best cater to our cars, as it's a niche market. So, they don't have much competition (and some of them have products exclusive to JUST them).

Sorry for my rant (rather rambling on). I consider myself one of the lucky ones that have had great experiences thus far with ZZP.

you guys do know WBS is like....one guy? ZZP is at least a squad of dudes that should be able to handle this type of business at this point. intense is by far the most accomodating of the aftermarket dealers we have.

weird. never had shipping issues with zzp.. order it one day, it'll be on my front door the next. only issue ive ever had with zzp was being charged double for shipping which was EASILY settled with an e-mail followed by a phone call. on the same day.

never purchased from WBS, thou ill get my feet wet here in a week or so. intense doesn't seem to have the vast amount of parts, so i don't visit the site as much.

its too easy these days to blame a company for errors. nobody wants to admit they've done/did wrong, instead they use the company as a scapegoat.

WBS has always been good to me...never an issue with them.

ZZP has been great about shipping, minus that crank pulley **** up....

And Intense is awesome...Got a phone call from them, making sure that everything I ordered was what I wanted, and they even gave me a discount...

Personally every time I've ordered from ZZP, i've always had my stuff in a few days. and always had great interaction with them. Had 2 issues one with my exhaust and another with a gauge pod and they helped me out both times.

the only issues i have had with zzp was trying to order a down pipe and just recently with valve covers. The down pipe i wanted wasnt in stock, i found that out after i ordered it and they upgraded my for very little cost. However i just realized that they charged me for shipping the vavle covers at a little over 8 lbs and UPS says the box only weighs about 5.4, so a bit pissed on that because shipping to cali costs a lot to receive stuff from them. So far i have purchased a CAI, both sway bars, both STBs, trailing arms, two different down pipes, and a pulley, thats a lot of extra cost if they keep getting over on shipping.

I'm not gonna sugar coat it. ZZP sucks at customer service. I was gonna have them dyno tune my car for e-85, so I emailed them and asked a few questions. Turbo tim emailed me back saying ( in so many words) I cannot just drive there on gas and put e-85 in the car for a tune????

Obviously I assumed he is trying to tell me to drive the car there on e-85 so it can be through out the system when I get there. I emailed him back to make sure b/c I didn't even know if the car would run off of straight e85

The pr!ck sent me another e-mail saying "did you read my first email"
Then he quoted his entire 2 paragraph email!! And we won't even mention how he didn't answer any of my questions. Lol

I got ahold of Ryan Carter, and he will be doing my tune now.

Fvck zzp. they can eat one, and I will never buy anything from them again
