Brutal. I must say all of my experiences with them have been quite good. I have done MANY orders from them and they all ship the next business day after I order, and with no mixups so far. Emailing hasn't been a problem either and they have been quite helpful.

Looks like ya just have to catch those guys when they aren't on thier rag. I've dealt with them quite a bit, usually things go smooth, but thier customer service has recently left a sour taste in my mouth about them.

Here are 5 simple steps. 1-4 must be done and step 5 should happen naturally there-after.

I dare anyone to try this...

1. Leave them a message about a problem with one of thier products over the phone.

2. Watch how long it takes until you realize they are not going to call you back.

3. Then leave them a message about making a big purchase or an installation/ dyno appointment

4. Watch and see that they will call you back within an hour or two.
