When it gets to the point of that, they probably wouldn't care. I hate to say that, I had an ex kill herself in her brothers truck with his gun while he was training to be a marine. She was fine the night before, we hung out, nothing was wrong, I was called the next day by multiple friends that she had done it. No rhyme or reason to it. Selfishness is what takes over and its too much to bear so whatever will make it easier is the only viable solution to them.

The sad part is most children anymore have so much given to them they don't even REALLY know what suffering is, but they have it SOOO bad. It makes me want to laugh, despite the incredible sadness behind it all. There is so much to be said about things and times like this, I'll simply leave it as you need to take this as a wake-up call, especially those that posted on her FB that they loved her and expected to see her later that week, or the next day. Yesterday is history, Tomorrow is a mystery, but Today is a gift, and that is why it is called the Present. Write that down, put it to action, enjoy those you STILL have around you, for tomorrow they may be gone

I completely agree. When I was an under classman in high school the upper classman tried picking on me at first but I didn't take their ****, and it stopped. This is a sad thing to happen but why does no one have any balls anymore?

well considering most kids today follow hollywood and the media as a form of a role model its no wonder kids, with their raging hormones, will never see satisfaction. most of the media is so fake and bent on perfection that kids try to imitate it. most teen idols are so far from reality they seem more like a robot built by the government. which is why normal teens strive to be like them but never will. this causes a problem. they dont see themselves as a cool popular person because of their self confidence. also saying that people are given so much yet they seem like they have the crappiest life maybe they still dont have what they really want or need. offing yourself though is about the most wreckless thing you can do. i cant tell you how many times ive been ridiculed in my life but it shaped me into the person i am and im stronger for it. so all in all, blaming a bully for a suicide is just a stupid as blaming a music group for a suicide simply because the said person listened to it.

Another suicide yesterday. This one local to me. This one is a little more severe than bullying, obviously...

SS that story is unbelievable. kids are so cruel.

no charges for the kid either:
A spokeswoman from the Wayne County prosecutor's office says the statutory rape case will now be dropped.

Yes that is the most unbelievable thing I have ever heard. My jaw hit the floor when I heard the charges would be dropped. The kid will probably now just live life like nothing happened.

Sometimes bullying and things like the link I posted go a little farther than "grow some balls and live with it". Some cases are lighter than others I realize, but none of them should just be shrugged off and told to just "grow some" and live with it.

    IMO.

I'm currently in High school and I myself am just starting to balls up to all the harassment. Messed up youth we got now.

Example(Imma vent a lil bit)... I was at a party and when i saw a dude push a girl, I said out loud.. "If he hits her, Imma stick his azz" His friend in college who happened to be a linebacker(about 210 lbs all muscle) turns to me and said "you gonna hit my boy marcus?" I reply... "Yea. If he hits a girl..." Resulted in me getting jumped in front of a HUGE party in the middle of the street by 3 college football players. I myself am only 17 I know how to fight but dang... and i was only trying to defend a girl. Everybody only watched(some recorded) as they tried stomping on my head when i was on the ground. Good thing my friend larry got em off me so i managed to walk away without any serious injuries just bloody. Life changin experience right there... I dont take that shet no more. I skip the small talk now if somebody gets in my face.

Since then... I've gotten into 3 fights defending kids I dont even know because i was in the same position. It helped build my self confidence back up and its made me a lot of good friends.

This is why you avoid parties with faggots. I'd rather chill with 2-3 people then go to a 20+ party and get my ass whooped or the cops involved.

That 18 year old rapist guy - he needs to bent down and thank the good lord he is off the hook, if he went to prison, he would be someone's blushing bride.

    ****in eh, alright!

Ya know, it always seems easier to defend others than onesself. It is like when it comes to saving one's own butt, it can get a bit apprehensive but to defend others, it is easy to put your own safety aside.

The thing about individual bullies if if you stand up to them even once, the crap stops.
