You got a lemon guy.
I love my car it really hasn't given me any ****
Who wants chrome anyways?
I have an 02' gtp with 108K on it. I haven't had it on a dyno yet, but with my mods i'm sure that if i'm not already at the 300whp range i will soon be there. An E85 conversion and some ported heads are on the way. I haven't had to replace anything on my car and i'm still driving on the factory trans. It's all in how you treat your car! period.
Ok. I admit that I made a very foolish post. I got bashed but I deserved it. Please understand that i'm not an idiot like I just made myself out to be. I was thinking of crank hp when i made that statement, eventhough that probably still doesn't justify it. I realize that instead of making a false statement based off of no knowledge, I would have been better off just stating what my car was and that I haven't had problems with it yet. So can we call it a day and move on? Oh and just to clarify, the 3.5 was before I had the meth. I just finished installing the kit, car still needs to be tuned for it.
You have meth and a 3.5"...
Your doing it wrong.
A crap car riddled with issues? That's a little harsh I think.u bought a used car and I'm willing to bet w/o any maintenance records.sounds like u shuld b driving a new car w/o problems? Um yea let's ask Toyota if they got any that dnt try to kill you! Lol new cars old cars it's all the same, everythings gonna have it's issues, some more then others (dodge+ford lol) but were here cause our love for the gp.I can't imagine the posts on a yoda website! There's lots of "known problems" with the gp..yea well u are asking the question on a website that the ppl on have dissected the car to death,so pretty much all problems the car has are known.lol Trannys go after a hundred thou..sure,window motors that never fail..not likely.the car wasn't rated at 300hp out the box but I'm confident I can make that and still have a reliable daily driver with sum simple mods and precautionary measures.I have an 04 gtp comp g. And i plan on dropping pulley sizes (not drastically) full exhaust and air intake, thermostat, plugs wires coils and a programer shuld keep it reliable and give me that extra 40 ponies I'm lookin for.any suggestions that could help keep my Pontiac reliable that doesn't involve *me buying an Acura? Lol
