I ordered a PCM from intense, and sent my old PCM back to them, and they still have not refunded my core charge. I e-mailed them several times and they said they have recieved a couple without the information sheets in them, but i am almost positive i put it in the box. I used trackable shipping, and I tracked the order, and it said it was delivered. Now they are not answering any of my e-mails since the last one i sent last friday. I'm really starting to get pissed. Thats $100, im not just gonna see that go to nothing
