hey matt can you draw me a pic of how you would run the power and ground wires when there is a cap involved and no I dont want to just get rid of it because im gona use it to "split" the wire to two for the two amps. im really just not completely sure as to how run the grounds because I dont want to get interference through the grounds. just some picture out of paint would be awesome

well distribution blocks have multiple fuses so that if one line goes, the others will still work. It will then tell you exactly where you have an issue instead of just looking at the whole system.

That and its technically more safe.

That will work but i'd run the grounds all in one spot, from one amp to another.

    Doesnt really matter.

Hook it up to the fuse box, shorter wire length = less voltage drop = more power.

If you're going to be drawing some SERIOUS power, like a lot more than what you have, i'd upgrade those wires, but you're not, so its a waste of money.

I went to the battery directly, in hind sight, I should have went to the fuse box.

yes, go from the fuse box, you should run seperate ground wires. you can ground them to the same spot, but run from each amp to the ground location. Same for the cap.
