Recently bought a 05 grand prix gtp comp G for my son. I replaced the cooling system including water pump and radiator, wheel bearings and brakes w/rotors. Next are new shocks and tires. I use KYB on my z71 Tahoe and love them but the GTP is another animal. I was wondering if anyone can suggest a good shock at a good price. I looked at ROCK AUTO but they exclude the 17 in. wheels and shock warehouse seems a little high and is confusing when it comes down to ordering KYB (bumper stops ect.) The car has 119,000 miles and he primarily uses the car to deliver pizza, so I'm not looking for the best handling struts but one that is durable and cost effective. Any suggestions are appreciated.
