I have a 2000 GT 3.8 and I tested the blower motor and found that it is bad. I read about how the circuits work on the posts here, but I don't see which part to go with and so I was wondering if anyone had any opinions.
The one I took out looks exactly like this:

I picked one up from auto store and it looks like it doesn't seal quite the same, should I care?

Also, I want a whisper quiet one, and I see Auto Zone has a couple models, one for 69.99, the other for 99.99. Is it likely that I'm just wasting $30 by getting the more expensive one?
