VE tuning

I disconnected the maf so I could get a good scan to make adjustments to my VE table using Eddies table modifier and DHP. I drove around for an hour and a half, and after I uploaded the new bin with the new ve table, I saw that only one or two cells were different. is this because my ve table is good, or is it because the scan I took didn't have all the data needed to make more changes?

You scanned for an hour and a half and it only changed like two cells? Huh. How were your trims before, and how were they after?
You followed the guides way for all this right? Zeroed your PE, Unpluged your maf, and reset trims? I'm sure you did, Just trying to get the info before everyone else asks these questions.

When i did my full VE tune, It only changed maybe 20ish cells in the table. I only drove for maybe an hour, so i thought that was my deal.

I didn't zero the pe because I thought unplugging the maf disabled pe. I didn't think about zeroing my fuel trims before I started scanning for my ve scan. the only cells changed were at 800 rpm and 40/50 kpa, which I think is idle.

Yeah I would reread the guide and start over. What were/are your trims?

fuel trims are all over the place, anywhere from -17 to +7. I will reread the guide and start over.

The guide is completely wrong.

The LTFT number you see, is not a reflection of what the o2 sensor is reading... its a function of air temperature and other random items.

The PCM does NOT USE THE VE TABLE AT ALL while the maf sensor is plugged in.

in the ve filter of eddies table modifier I put 2 instead of 3 and the results have more changes. I also loaded a few more scans, but I dont know how much they would have changed the tune because I only had the maf unplugged for 1 scan.
