They're not his tuners. It's made by HP Tuners. And there's no core charge. It's a cable and software for a laptop.Originally Posted by 04gpking85

YES. Everything is manual. Nothing is ''stage 1'' ''stage 2'' type of thing.
If you're considering getting one start learning now. Look into the forums and start looking at all the posts and intake everything that you can.

well thats a hard question because whats easy for one is harder for another. they do have a lot of how toos on the hptuner forum but it really helps out if you have a person that knows it very well that can help walk you through it.
its not really hard you just have to think a bit
