Your IAT's are way too high unless this is post blower.
Part throttle knock appears to begin at MAP of 80-90 which is almost WOT for a N/A engine.
I'd suggest running ~13 AFR around that point, perhaps back the timing off a little as well.
Does it consistantly spike to 14* when you get back into the throttle after a pull? Or was this just a freak thing?
idk this was the first time i went wot but i've seen high kr before when going up steep hills on the highway
It's called TCC lockup.
Let off the gas and unlock the TC and get back into it.
Are you using HPT or DHP to tune?

do not mask your kr with fuel. thats stupid and just hiding the real problem.
re work the timing table.
