    OK here's what I see. If I am facing my car from the front, on the right side there is a sensor attached to the k&n air intake. Under that still on the right is three more "sensors" attached to a silver plate. Am I even in the right area?

    See the dark blue thing underneath the red arrow? Thats your PCM, it won't be blue, it will be a ugly metallic color, bunch of wires going to it.

    No that is your drive by wire and your maf electrical wires. Just look under or by where street worf put the red arrow.

    I'm sorry now that i look at it you are right. There is a box with heat sinks on it that looked siilar to that pic that is located on the tb

    Yea actually those 3 things you are calling sensors are electrical connectors and they connect to the PCM. You lift the gray lever on the connectors and each one will unplug from the PCM. Then you'll have to remove the bolts that hold the PCM down. I think the K&N kit has a tray for the PCM, so you'll have to remove the tray along with the PCM here are some pics.

    Is it possible to have a PCM that can be connected to a laptop with software, so that I can do custom tuning without having to ship it off for reprogramming?
