there is a program called eddies table thingy. best thing out there for dialing in your MAF for fuel trims. Excel is your friend for working with the tables.
like said make small changes and check results. any changes need to be smooth and progressive. if your fighting KR or a fuel ratio... remember that its not always the cell where the KR is that is causing the issue.. the cells right before it could have caused the condition that created the KR. so a lean condition at 4700 rpm could have caused the KR your seeing at 4800. in this case you would want to increase fuel in the 3600rpm and then in 4800 to correct the issue.
