You have a mechanical issue. I made it very clear that for mechanically stock vehicles you require a stock pcm. Injector upgrades, changes in fueling requirements, etc, all are mechanically driven changes. A smaller pulley does not "put more air into your motor that you have to compensate for" as some people think. The maf sensor and ultimately the o2 sensors are going to determine what happens, not some redneck that flashed a ****ty maf file to your pcm.3.)
