pe enable is a folder in PE, its likely set to 40% throttle then it enters pe. other then know when it enables, your scans not showing it it either.
That's not entirely true though, because the PE table changes the Commanded AFR when it is enabled. I was under the impression that the PCM would use that commanded AFR to calculate how much enrichment to provide given PE mode is enabled. Am I wrong in saying that?

Another note on over richening the mixture possibly causing knock:

If you have a given air boost level, and you pump a lot of extra gas into the already hot cylinder, wouldn't the cylinder compression pressure spike possibly too high, thus causing knock? That's a point that someone made on the forums somewhere else.
